Completion of the medical device maker's order is subject to the successful listing of Lepu Bio, which intends to disclose the allocations on Feb. 22 and start trading on the Hong Kong bourse a day after.
PW Medtech's late Thursday disclosure comes on the same day cancer-focused biopharmaceutical firm Lepu Biopharma launched its Hong Kong IPO.
