12:13 AM EDT, 10/26/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Beijing Airdoc Technology (HKG:2251) on Tuesday launched its initial public offering in Hong Kong that aims to raise as much as HK$1.81 billion ($232.8 million).
The retina-based diagnostic solutions provider is offering 22,267,200 shares at HK$75.10 to HK$81.30 apiece, of which 2,226,800 shares will be allotted to Hong Kong investors, according to a Tuesday filing.
The company, whose core product is an AI-powered software used in medical diagnosis, expects to determine its offer price on Oct. 29 and disclose the allocations Nov. 4. It will start trading on the Hong Kong bourse on Nov. 5.
Listing proceeds will go towards manufacturing and commercialization of core products, research and development of existing offerings and products in the pipeline, diversification of portfolio, working capital, among others.
CloudAlpha Capital and Lake Bleu Capital are among Airdoc's eight cornerstone investors, which committed to subscribe for $69.5 million worth of IPO shares.
UBS, CLSA, CMB International, Essence International, Haitong International, China PA Securities, Fosun Hani Securities, GF Securities, Guodo Securities and SPDB Capital are the joint bookrunners of the deal.
